This acquisition enhances Zutec’s offerings by aligning customer bases, solutions, and industry focus, reinforcing its leadership in Handover and Building Safety Act compliance solutions for contractors, developers, housebuilders, and asset owners in the UK. By integrating their expertise and digital solutions, Zutec and Operance aim to drive innovation, accelerate digital transformation, and help clients meet regulatory requirements efficiently.
