London’s prestigious Chelsea Barracks is pleased to announce the return of the highly anticipated Chelsea Barracks Spring Fair, in partnership with House & Garden magazine. This free event, sponsored by House & Garden, will take place from May 22nd to May 25th, 2024 and promises to be a delightful celebration of spring.
The Spring Fair, now in its third edition, has become a beloved tradition for residents and visitors alike. This year, the event will be on an even larger scale with House & Garden, coinciding with the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. The fair will feature the best of British food and beverage, an artisans’ market, and workshops from pioneers in the design and garden world.
From May 22nd to May 25th, visitors can enjoy a vibrant hub of activity at Chelsea Barracks, including specialist reader seminars sponsored by House & Garden. These seminars, led by experts in interior design and gardening, will offer attendees the opportunity to participate in exclusive workshops and discussions at The Campaner. Tickets for these seminars are priced at £15 per person.
The Artisans’ Market, located at the heart of the Spring Fair, will showcase a diverse selection of independent makers and brands offering unique crafts and gourmet treats. Some of the featured vendors include Sharland England, Collins & Green Art, LAMP LDN, Connock London, Village London, and Oxton Liqueurs Company.
In addition to the Spring festivities, Chelsea Barracks is excited to launch Modern Masters, an outdoor program of contemporary art curated by New Public. The inaugural edition, titled “Chihuly at Chelsea Barracks,” will feature works by renowned American artist Dale Chihuly and will be open to the public from May 13th until October 2024.
Due to the success of the Spring Fair partnership, House & Garden will continue its collaboration with Chelsea Barracks to curate two additional markets later in the year – a food-themed edition in the Autumn and a festive Christmas market in the Winter. This will further enrich the community experience at Chelsea Barracks.
“We are delighted to welcome visitors to Chelsea Barracks for our annual Spring Fair,” said Richard Oakes, Chelsea Barracks Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. “This event is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate the beauty of spring while enjoying a variety of exciting activities and attractions. We’re looking forward to working with House & Garden again to create something really special this year.”
The Chelsea Barracks Spring Fair is free and open to the public, making it the perfect destination for families, friends, and nature enthusiasts looking to embrace the spirit of spring in the heart of London. The seminars are priced at £15 per person. For more information about the Spring Fair, please visit chelseabarracks.com.
