Hope Spring, a charity based in Herefordshire focused on alleviating water poverty, has announced the release of their Valentine’s Day 2024 ecard. The announcement was made on the NGO’s website, revealing the addition of six new animated and video ecards to their collection. With these new additions, the total number of Valentine’s Day ecards on their platform has increased to over sixty.
Hope Spring’s ecard platform is dedicated to raising funds for their clean water projects. According to Seun Olonade, the platform manager, there was a slight delay in releasing the Valentine’s Day ecards this year due to their focus on the Chinese New Year, which falls only four days before Valentine’s Day. However, Olonade shared her satisfaction in being able to release the ecards in time and looks forward to their supporters and visitors sending them to their loved ones in 2024.
The proceeds from the eCards and donations from supporters are used by Hope Spring to create clean water projects, including building boreholes and water wells for water poor communities in West Africa. Since its establishment in 2016, the organisation has made a significant impact on thousands of water poor communities in West Africa. Just last month, they completed their first borehole project of 2024.
More information about Hope Spring’s Valentine’s Day ecards can be found on their website, along with details about their water poverty alleviation projects.
