Tidworth National Careers Fair 2024: Revolutionizing the Future of the Military

Tidworth, UK – Military personnel looking to transition into civilian life have an exciting opportunity coming up on January 25, 2024. The British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) will be hosting their flagship National Careers Fair at Tidworth Leisure Centre, offering a platform for Service-Leavers to explore various career options and connect with potential employers.

With over 80 exhibitors expected to participate, the BFRS National Careers Fair has seen significant growth year after year, solidifying its position as a crucial bridge between the military and civilian employment sectors.

Attendees can expect a diverse range of industries to be represented, with over 80 industry leaders, corporate recruiters, and educational institutions in attendance. This will provide unparalleled access to organizations actively seeking the unique skillsets honed in the military.

The event will also feature expert guidance from HR teams with military backgrounds, as well as renowned career coaches and mentors who will share insights on how to translate military experience into valuable assets in the civilian workforce.

The fair will offer a vibrant and positive atmosphere perfect for networking with fellow veterans, like-minded individuals, and potential employers. Educational resources will also be available, with various institutions providing information on degrees, training programs, and certifications to facilitate a smooth transition into civilian life.

Harry Dean, founder and CEO of BFRS, emphasizes the significance of this event, stating, “The Tidworth event is the largest and most successful in our annual event program. It not only offers employment opportunities, training, and support but importantly provides advice from individuals who have experienced the military-to-civilian transition. This event is a ‘stepping stone,’ and BFRS is committed to supporting the Armed Forces Community beyond their time in uniform.”
