Meet Millie
Millie joins The Chameleon Agency with an impressive 15 years of experience in the events industry. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Google, YouTube, Manchester United, TalkTalk, Hyundai, and Nike. Known for her ability to build strong client relationships and translate visions into unforgettable events, Millie’s expertise blends creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of her clients’ goals.
As a half-Italian mother to her lively 2-year-old son, Luca, Millie is a pro at balancing a busy life. When she isn’t planning standout events or chasing after Luca, she can be found lifting weights or enjoying a glass of Prosecco. A devoted Manchester United supporter and an expert Italian cook, Millie is just as skilled in the kitchen with her legendary lasagne as she is in the gym with her deadlifting achievements.
In her role as Client Services Manager at The Chameleon Agency, Millie is eager to partner with clients in 2025 to deliver events that inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impact.
Meet Carla
Carla joins the team as a Junior Producer, bringing with her a First-Class degree in Events Management and extensive practical experience from her previous agency role. Carla’s meticulous attention to detail and enthusiasm for crafting memorable event experiences make her a perfect fit for the fast-moving world of event production.
An adventurous foodie and dedicated traveller, Carla thrives on discovering new cuisines and cultures, drawing creative inspiration from her global journeys. This passion for exploration fuels her ability to deliver fresh, innovative ideas and unique perspectives for every project.
Carla is excited to dive into her new role at The Chameleon Agency, where she will contribute to all aspects of event production, from ideation to delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations.
