Supreme Group Expands with Acquisition of Amendola Communications

Health Tech PR Agency Joins Supreme Group’s Growing Marketing Platform

Supreme Group has announced the acquisition of Amendola Communications, a public relations and marketing agency specializing in healthcare, health tech, and life sciences. The deal adds Amendola as the fifth agency to Supreme’s platform, reinforcing its position in the healthcare and life sciences communications sector.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Amendola will retain its brand identity and operate independently within Supreme Group. Jodi Amendola, who co-founded the agency over 20 years ago, will remain as president, ensuring continuity for clients and employees.

Amendola Communications, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, serves approximately 50 clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The agency has been recognized for its role in helping companies achieve funding, acquisitions, and IPOs. Over the years, it has built a strong reputation in promoting digital health technologies and broader healthcare solutions.

Supreme Group, headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania, has been expanding since its formation in 2023 following a majority investment by Trinity Hunt Partners in Supreme Optimization, a life sciences-focused digital agency. Amendola joins a roster of agencies that includes Health+Commerce, Clarity Quest, BioStrata, and Supreme Optimization, each offering specialized marketing and public relations services to healthcare and life sciences companies.
