Over almost seven years in business, the firm has received a number of awards and accolades that stand testament to the quality of the services provided. These include awards for Building Project of the Year, Best Use of Hybrid Technology, Contractor of the Year, and Project/Construction Manager of the Year, all presented by recognised bodies within the industry. The Mid Group is ISO accredited, BIM level two accredited, and a member of Build UK.
Commercial construction projects that the Mid Group has competed include several in the UK education sector. The Mid Group has been engaged by local authorities and educational providers to complete several innovative projects including primary schools, senior schools and academies. The Mid Group has also worked with the NHS Trust at the Brighton & Sussex University Hospital on the Brighton 3Ts project. This involved the generation of a virtual reality model of the hospital by Sterling BIM, one of the teams working within the Mid Group.

Mid Contracting focuses exclusively on the contracting side of the business, supporting projects from conception to completion. Mid Consulting provides clients with expert project management, commercial management, design management, cost management, programme management, and commercial structuring services. Sterling Living works with landowners to maximise value, advising on obtaining planning permission, raising funding, and other aspects of property development.
