Rebecca Heald Shortlisted for Three Categories at the 2025 Enterprise Vision Awards

Rebecca Heald, founder of The Heald Method, has been recognised as a finalist in the 2025 Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs), securing nominations in the categories of Diverse Business, Inspirational Woman, and Training and Coaching. These prestigious nominations acknowledge her dedication to transforming the construction sector, promoting diversity, and empowering individuals in both their personal and professional lives.

The EVAs, the UK’s most significant awards programme celebrating women in business, spotlight the accomplishments of female entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries. Now in its 14th year, the awards continue to provide a platform for inspiring women like Rebecca, whose pioneering work is making a tangible impact.

Rebecca was nominated by Cheryl Loak, founder of Tuts Training Group Ltd, who praised her efforts in bringing about change in the construction industry. Cheryl stated, “I have met this lady, and her determination to make change in what is deemed a very male-dominated industry is just inspirational. As a single mother, she has overcome anorexia and faced a range of personal challenges, yet has never let these obstacles define her. Instead, they have fuelled her commitment to building a business rooted in authenticity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Her advocacy for diversity, equality, and inclusion began in the education sector, where she worked to break down barriers for underrepresented groups, including refugees and asylum seekers. She was committed to ensuring that individuals who had faced adversity were given equal opportunities to thrive.
