Chichester-based coaching and leadership business Paseda360 has been shortlisted for the Education & Training StartUp of the Year at the 2025 UK StartUp Awards Regional Finals, recognising its innovative contribution to the coaching landscape.
Established in 2022 by award-winning coach and entrepreneur Angela Cox, Paseda360 has brought a fresh perspective to coaching by integrating elements of psychology, therapy, and structured coaching models into a powerful and practical methodology.
In just under three years, the business has trained over 100 coaches via accredited courses and its Coach Club, while also delivering leadership coaching to hundreds of individuals across the country under the banner of Human-Centric Leadership.
Far from offering generic coaching models, Paseda360’s programmes are designed to challenge traditional thinking and provide tools that facilitate real, lasting transformation — both personal and professional.
The business works with everyone from those switching careers to seasoned professionals, providing the skills and mindset required to lead and support others effectively.
Reflecting on the recognition, Angela Cox said:

As well as running a growing coaching academy, Paseda360 leads the Future of Coaching Conference and is behind the National Coaching Awards, solidifying its influence in reshaping the sector.
The UK StartUp Awards, now in its fourth year, celebrates emerging businesses that show innovation, grit, and ambition. Regional winners will be announced this spring, with national winners crowned at Ideas Fest this September in Hertfordshire.
Paseda360 is no stranger to success, having won The Rising Star StartUp Award in 2023 and reaching the finals in the same category last year. This most recent accolade signals the company’s continued commitment to pioneering change in the coaching world.
