With over 10 years of experience at Solutions, Saville has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, particularly in managing the sales team and promoting and selling Act! Saville’s journey at Solutions began when BluebirdCRM, where she had been employed since the age of 17, was acquired by Solutions. She was recruited by Solutions’ Marketing Director Will Ingleby after impressing him with her sales skills while selling raffle tickets at a football game. Over the years, Saville has proven to be a natural sales professional, winning the ‘Young Employee of the Year’ award at the East Staffordshire Business Awards in 2010 and rising through the ranks to become the Head of Sales two years ago.
In her new role as Sales Director, Saville will continue to contribute her extensive knowledge and expertise in consultative selling processes to drive Solutions’ sales efforts forward. Her promotion is in line with the company’s commitment to promoting and supporting internal talent, as seen with the rise of Technical Director Gareth Bezant, who started as a Sage 50 technician, and Head of Marketing Georgia Foster, who joined as a Marketing Assistant.
