Celebrity lawyer Nick Freeman’s law firm has launched a new, specialist road haulage division.
Freeman & Co Haulage Solicitors, which will be headed by “Mr Loophole”, will offer expert legal advice, assistance and representation to an array of businesses who rely upon the use of an Operator’s Licence.
Predominately, the team will advise and represent operator licence holders at Public Inquiries throughout the UK as well as defending the full spectrum of DVSA prosecutions, such as tachograph offences.
Additionally, the road transport team at Freeman & Co Haulage Solicitors will conduct compliance management system audits, help operators apply for new licences, vary their existing licence and represent drivers at conduct hearings.
