Mo’Living Joins Forces with ProPropertyFM to Improve Property Maintenance

North London-based property management company Mo’Living has partnered with ProPropertyFM, a facilities management specialist, to enhance its maintenance service offering.

Mo’Living is renowned for its hands-on approach, enabling landlords to entrust a team of professionals with the management of their properties. The company also provides a tailored concierge service for tenants and short-term guests, handling everything from booking business trips and restaurant reservations to arranging private medical appointments.

Through this collaboration, Mo’Living will benefit from ProPropertyFM’s broad range of facilities management services, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and fire risk assessments, allowing for a more streamlined and efficient maintenance process.
