De Santis is a renowned technology leader, investor, author, and certified executive coach, boasting over 20 years of global experience in driving digital transformation and innovation. Most recently, he held the role of Chief Digital Officer at ThoughtWorks, where he directed the global Digital Transformation Practice. Prior to his time at ThoughtWorks, De Santis held senior leadership positions as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Fortune 500 companies including Kraft Foods Group, Mondelēz International, and Pirelli.
Beyond his professional successes, De Santis is a strong advocate for social responsibility, actively engaging in initiatives that support marginalised communities and promote technological education. His dedication to creating positive social change is evident in all aspects of his work.
