Fusion Consulting Group Announces Seventh Acquisition, Establishes New Central London Hub
London, UK – Fusion Consulting Group, a rapidly growing professional services firm, has announced its acquisition of Birdi & Co Solicitors. This marks Fusion’s seventh acquisition as part of their expansion strategy.
Founded in 2015 by Mitch Young and Adam Maurice, Fusion Consulting Group offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to private clients and small-to-medium enterprises. These services include international taxation, business advisory, accounting, financial services, legal, recruitment, and digital marketing.
The acquisition of Birdi & Co, a fully SRA-regulated legal practice, will further strengthen Fusion’s existing legal division known as Fusion Law. Birdi & Co’s Bishopsgate office will be retained and will serve as Fusion’s new Central London hub.
This acquisition follows Fusion’s securing of an eight-figure M&A war chest from Growth Lending in August 2024. This funding has allowed the group to pursue an aggressive buy-and-build strategy to disrupt the fragmented professional services landscape.
Birdi & Co was chosen for its entrepreneurial leadership and impressive M&A track record across various sectors. The integration will provide Birdi & Co’s clients access to Fusion’s diverse multi-disciplinary expertise while maintaining the direct and personal relationships they have come to rely on.
