Jack Parsons is a passionate entrepreneur known for his visionary leadership and ability to bring ideas to life. As CEO of Youth Group, he has grown the organisation into a thriving network of 1.8 million young people and 100,000 businesses, playing a vital role in shaping youth employment opportunities in the UK. Under his leadership, Youth Group has facilitated job placements and mentorship for more than 105,000 young individuals, earning it a place as #25 in the UK’s Top 100 Startups.
Jack’s contributions have been widely recognised, with honours including being named the UK’s Kindest Leader by the Financial Times, Most Connected Young Entrepreneur, and Digital Leader of the Year. A LinkedIn Top Voice in the UK, he actively engages in discussions on work, finance, and wellbeing. Born and raised in Essex, Jack’s drive to improve social mobility and career opportunities stems from his own personal experiences.
In his new capacity as Youth Ambassador for Halo, Jack Parsons will utilise his knowledge and influence to support the company’s youth-focused initiatives. His work will involve hosting engaging workshops, delivering motivational keynote speeches, and harnessing his extensive social media presence to enhance Halo’s reach and impact.
