Helsinki, Finland – On Thursday, April 18, 2024, HappySignals, the Human-Centric IT Experience Management company, and CTMS Service Management Ltd. announced the launch of a new integration between HappySignals and Ivanti Neurons for ITSM.
Created by CTMS and available to all organizations utilizing Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, this integration allows IT leaders to easily measure and analyze end-user experiences across seven key IT areas, including overall IT experience, enterprise applications, laptops and computers, mobile devices, collaboration with IT, office environment, and remote work.
This new Proactive integration builds upon the already successful HappySignals Ticket-Based Survey integration developed by CTMS for Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. By combining Proactive and Ticket-based analytics, IT teams will have access to valuable customer experience data, enabling them to make informed decisions and improve ITSM and service delivery.
