This strategic acquisition enhances IREP’s position in the region’s commercial real estate sector and reinforces its status as a major International Property Consultant (IPC).

Having secured the SPERRY master franchise rights, iA SPERRY has been spearheading the brand’s expansion into key global markets. As part of its expansion strategy, iA SPERRY Networks will introduce the SPERRY brand in India and four additional countries this year, marking the first phase of a broader regional rollout.
