YER Group Invests in Munich-based Recruitment Specialist AVANTGARDE Experts
Munich, May 14th 2024 – The YER Group, a leading international recruiting company based in the Netherlands, has announced its investment in AVANTGARDE Experts, a recruitment specialist based in Munich and operating throughout Germany. The partnership aims to strengthen their presence in the German market for filling personnel vacancies in sustainable industries such as tech, mobility and energy. YER has acquired 100% of the shares previously owned by AVANTGARDE and private equity company EMH Partners.
The move will bring together two industry leaders in the international job market. As part of the YER Group, AVANTGARDE Experts will continue its success story as a standalone company, separate from its parent company, the brand experience agency AVANTGARDE. Since its inception in 2007, AVANTGARDE Experts has established itself as a market leader in filling academic roles in the mobility and tech sector, with a strong focus on future-oriented industries. With a workforce of 1,200 employees, the company generated revenue of almost €100 million in 2023.
The YER Group, with a workforce of nearly 4,000 employees in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the USA, reported record revenue of almost €400 million in 2023. The acquisition of AVANTGARDE Experts provides the company with significant access to the German market. This investment follows the YER Group’s recent acquisition of Staffxperts, a personnel service provider based in Bochum, with a focus on the energy sector. These strategic partnerships will further drive growth and strengthen the company’s position in the MINT sector.

The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and are subject to customary regulatory approvals.
