Infinigate Achieves Impressive Revenue Growth in First Half of FY 2024-2025

Infinigate Group Reports Strong Financial Results for First Half of 2024-2025 Fiscal Year, Sees Signs of Improved Growth Across Europe

Rotkreuz, Switzerland, 6 November 2024 – The Infinigate Group, a leading technology platform and trusted advisor in cybersecurity, cloud, and network infrastructure, has announced strong financial results for the first half of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, with a total revenue of €1.2 billion.

Despite the challenging macro-economic climate, Infinigate has seen a significant increase in growth, with a 14% increase compared to the same period last year. The company’s MEA region, through Starlink, continues to be the strongest growth engine, while Europe has shown signs of improvement with high single-digit percentage revenue growth. The UK is leading the way in this region. In addition, Infinigate’s newly reported APAC region is also performing well, thanks to the acquisition of Wavelink in July 2024.

This positive trend can be attributed to a combination of factors, including a more favorable economic climate, the continued growth of the cybersecurity market, Infinigate’s expanding portfolio of cybersecurity solutions in partnership with leading vendors, and a growing network of channel partners. The company is also investing in an ongoing automation and digitalization program to optimize the efficiency of product and service delivery.

The outlook for the second half of the financial year remains positive, with expectations of further improvement in market conditions. Infinigate also plans to focus and invest in expanding its Managed Security Services (MSSP) offering through Infinigate Cloud, as well as growing its portfolio in partnership with leading cybersecurity vendors. Early indications point to a strong October performance, with industry analysts forecasting a global cybersecurity market growth of over 10% in the coming years.

Klaus Schlichtherle, CEO of the Infinigate Group, expressed optimism about the company’s future growth. “Based on our first half results, we are seeing a new growth trend emerging in Europe. We are confident that our investments in strong partnerships with vendors and channel partners will deliver improved results in the second half of the year, as the economy continues to recover,” he said. Schlichtherle also noted the increasing awareness of the need for better cybersecurity measures and the expected rise in demand for managed security services, highlighting the importance of Infinigate’s role as an advanced MSSD (Managed Security Services Distributor).

Kristiina Leppänen, CFO at the Infinigate Group, commented on the strong first half results. “Our revenue growth is the result of our investments in our portfolio, partnerships, and operational excellence, despite challenging economic conditions. We are confident that our outlook for ongoing growth will continue throughout the second half of the fiscal year,” she said.

Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum, Chief Growth Officer for the Infinigate Group and MD of Infinigate Cloud, emphasized the company’s success in expanding its portfolio and partnerships. “Our success is a result of our extensive and growing portfolio, as well as our close partnerships with leading cybersecurity vendors. We have added six new vendors and expanded our collaboration with six existing ones in the past six months alone,” he said. Ferrand-Ajchenbaum also highlighted the strong pipeline and the role of Infinigate Cloud as a significant asset for future growth.

The Infinigate Group, which covers over 100 countries across EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand, has a strong focus and technical expertise in cybersecurity, secure networks, and secure cloud for SMBs and enterprises. With 1,250 employees, the company provides locally tailored services, complementing a robust central supply chain, to drive growth for partners, MSSPs, and vendors.

In 2022, Starlink, Vuzion (now Infinigate Cloud), and Nuvias became part of the Infinigate Group. In 2024, Wavelink joined the group, expanding its coverage to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
