IAMNOTSHANE, the Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter with over 131 million combined streams, is set to embark on a European tour and release a new album. His most recent single, “Maybe My Soulmate Died,” topped Spotify’s Global Viral Pop Chart and Apple Music’s Breaking Pop chart, and has been met with critical acclaim.
The tour will feature IAMNOTSHANE’s new songs from his upcoming album, in addition to his other viral hits such as “What A Perfect Day For Crying,” “Insecure” and “Perfect”. His music is described as “infectious and uplifting,” despite its underlying themes of life’s fragility.
To bring the tour to life, IAMNOTSHANE has teamed up with Lookport to create an immersive, theatrical experience. Fans can expect a vibrant, atmospheric setting, complete with IAMNOTSHANE’s special vibe and dance moves.
The tour will kick off on 17 June in Berlin at Huxleys Neue Welt, followed by a show at HERE at Outernet in London on 18 June. For those unable to attend, a special live stream on Lookport.live will be available on 18 June.
As noted by Clash magazine, IAMNOTSHANE’s music is “a package of alt-pop ideals,” while Ladygunn praised him for “smash[ing] through the stereotypes, redefining what it means to be a pop artist.” Perez Hilton added, “IAMNOTSHANE is a breath of fresh air in a drowning world!”
