Hope Spring Charity Announces St. Patrick’s Day Greeting eCard

On Friday, March 15, 2024, the charity ecard platform responsible for raising funds for water poverty alleviation charity, Hope Spring, announced the release of a new set of six St Patrick’s Day greeting eCards. St Patrick’s Day, also known as the feast of Saint Patrick, is a cultural Irish event that has become a widely celebrated holiday in both Ireland and the Irish diaspora.

Traditionally held on March 17th each year, St Patrick’s Day is a festive occasion marked by singing, dancing, and gathering with friends and family. In light of this celebration, Hope Spring has partnered with Ozami to create a set of eCards with all proceeds going towards their efforts to alleviate water poverty in developing communities. According to Hope Spring’s platform manager, Seun Olonade, the release of these eCards will not only contribute to their fundraising efforts, but also help to expand their platform. Olonade stated, “We have been focusing on Mother’s Day and completely forgot about St Patrick’s Day. Fortunately, we were able to work with our partner Ozami to create new eCards for this occasion, which they delivered promptly.”

Although St Patrick’s Day is not typically associated with sending greeting cards, the few eCards sent and donations made contribute significantly to Hope Spring’s ongoing work in alleviating water poverty.
