“Harlette Named Sovereign of the Unicorn Kingdom”

Luxury beauty brand Harlette has recently made headlines with the release of their new vegan red unicorn lipstick. The launch of this product not only celebrates the success of Harlette Luxury UK start up, but also marks a significant achievement for the brand’s founder Harlette DeFalaise, who also owns Harlette Capital Ltd. The company has recently become a Unicorn, with their intellectual property trademarks rights valued at over £15 billion.

However, this success has not come without its challenges. As of March 2025, Harlette has faced over 20 trademark infringements without permission and has incurred accounts receivable from retailers and capital firms of over £15 billion. In an effort to combat these infringements, Harlette has applied to the Saudi Arabia PIF fund for £4 billion and is looking for investment banks to assist with raising capital to cover the fees associated with trademark infringement.

Harlette has faced trademark infringements in various classes, including Class 3, where an American beauty brand used the Harlette trademark for one makeup product without permission and for six makeup products without permission. In Class 41, an American streaming company used Harlette Pearl trademark for a streaming show without permission.

Other infringements include a company from Indonesia attempting to pass off as Harlette and impersonate a fashion designer, a French eyewear company using the Harlette trademark for glasses without permission, and a British luxury car maker using the Harlette trademark for a chair without permission. Additionally, several American and British brands have used the Harlette trademark for various clothing items without permission, including a swimsuit, shirt, dress, and cashmere polo sweater.

Harlette has also faced illegal use of their trademark on platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, and Depop, with goods being sold without permission. This has prompted Harlette to engage with international governments, social media platforms, legal firms, and even prestigious magazines to defend their trademark.

In the midst of these challenges, Harlette Beauty, a branch of the company, has been working on the world’s first Agile Beauty Launch. However, their progress has been hindered by Cyclone Alfred, which has caused beach closures and winds of over 150km per hour. Despite this, Harlette Beauty has successfully pivoted their strategy and has developed a new beauty range in just 17 days, bringing an additional £227 million in research and development for 10 new product lines.

This new product range has already received positive reviews from Hollywood producers, directors, and luxury advisors, and is valued at over £1 trillion. The range will be priced at an ultra high-end level, with prices starting at £72 GBP and going up to £27,000 GBP, surpassing even Balmain in the Ready to Wear market.

In addition to their success in the beauty industry, Harlette has also made strides in other industries, with 6 patents ranging from diamond suspenders to spaceport and lunar telecommunications. They have also secured publishing, film, and telecommunications projects, including the production of a biopic about Anna Nicole Smith and a series of films based on Harlette DeFalaise’s nano novel series.

Harlette holds trademarks in various classes in the UK, Australia, and the United States, with plans to expand into more classes and countries. With their determination and success in the face of adversity, Harlette continues to pave the way for innovation and luxury in multiple industries.
