Orchardleigh Estate Wellness Retreats is pleased to announce that Hanna Longstaff, “The Eating Behaviour Expert”, will be joining its team from 1 November 2024.
Focused on holistic wellness and personal growth, Orchardleigh Wellness Retreats provide a one-of-a-kind transformative experience (Top Santé magazine – August 2024). Located at the peaceful Elmhay Park, the retreats blend gentle physical, mindful, and educational activities, tailored to each participant. This approach allows guests to step back from everyday life and revitalise in a serene, nurturing environment. “Where better to reconnect with yourself and emerge renewed, empowered and aligned with your goals?”
Each retreat offers freshly prepared, balanced meals of top restaurant quality. Coupled with mind-clearing activities and a variety of soothing and energising experiences, the retreats offer a true escape from modern life’s fast pace. Stress reduction and relaxation are central to the programme, helping guests clear their minds, nourish their bodies, and recharge.
The Orchardleigh Wellness Retreats promote long-term wellness and sustainable living, using evidence-based techniques and individualised support. The upcoming retreat is scheduled from 8-10 November 2024, with more planned, focusing on health, fitness, and overall wellness.
Samantha Newby Vincent, Marketing Director at Orchardleigh Estate, commented: “We invited Hanna to join our retreat team of facilitators as we believe her unique skillset will complement what we offer brilliantly and we knew she would fit in well.”
Hanna, a seasoned professional, holds numerous qualifications, including Certified Holistic Life Coach, Advanced Holistic Lifestyle & Nutrition, Functional Nutrition, Mind Body Practitioner, and hypnotherapy.
Hanna Longstaff said: “We hugely underestimate the power of food on our mental and physical health. Making healthier, educated food choices consistently can very quickly raise your energy levels, relieve anxiety, improve mental clarity and generally boost your mood and wellness. I’m really looking forward to sharing some delicious insights at the retreat.”
The retreats currently limit attendance to 20 guests, ensuring a close and personalised experience. Participants can also book individual consultations with several team members, including Hanna. Those interested are encouraged to book early to secure a spot. The retreats are designed to help anyone aiming to improve their health and well-being.
