On July 5, 2023, First Investment Bank (Fibank) was presented with the Mystery Customer award of the Bank of the Year Association’s prestigious competition for the 31st consecutive year.
The award was presented by Ms. Sylvia Peneva, Country Managing Partner at Deloitte Bulgaria, to Fibank’s CEO, Mr. Nikola Bakalov. The winner in the category was determined according to a methodology developed by Deloitte Bulgaria.
This is the eighth time Fibank has received the Mystery Customer award, having previously won in 2002, 2003, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2017.
Commenting on the award, Mr. Bakalov said: “Winning the Mystery Customer award is a testament to the high quality of service we provide in our branches and offices throughout Bulgaria.”
