Now, in an exclusive collaboration between Nightevolution, the managing company of some of Ibiza’s most iconic places, such as the Amnesia nightclub and Cova Santa restaurant, and Dinner in the Sky, the creator of the renowned dining experience, Ibiza in the Sky will bring this concept to the island for the first time.
Using a crane to elevate a special platform with 22 guests and staff, Ibiza in the Sky will offer three unique experiences, each with an exclusive selection for discerning palates. From July 5th to August 31st, guests can enjoy culinary flights from 6 PM to 2 AM at a seaside location in the heart of the city, offering stunning views of San Antonio Bay and the perfect spot to witness the sunset and twilight.
Forbes Magazine has named Dinner in the Sky as “One of the world’s 10 most unusual restaurants,” and now, guests can experience this unique dining adventure in Ibiza. The Tapas in the Sky option includes a welcome cocktail, soft drink, and a menu of six gastronomic tapas, all enjoyed in the heights for one hour. The Dinner in the Sky option offers a 4-course bistronomy menu, welcome cocktail, and soft drink, with a duration of one and a half hours. For an extra touch of luxury, guests can opt for the premium menu with caviar and truffles.
The third experience, DJ & Cocktails in the Sky, offers an intimate DJ set in the heights, accompanied by signature cocktails. This option includes a welcome cocktail and two mixology cocktails, with a total duration of 60 minutes.
