WynterCon, the biggest comic con event in Sussex, is back and better than ever. Promethean Promotions proudly presents WynterCon XI, taking place on Saturday, September 21st and Sunday, September 22nd, 2024.
After a successful decade at the Winter Garden in Eastbourne, WynterCon will be moving to the picturesque East Sussex College – Hastings Station Plaza for its most exciting event yet.
This year’s event will feature full-sized movie props, animatronics, authors and artists, vendors, cosplay competitions, gaming, photo opportunities, educational workshops, and appearances by stars from stage and screen, making it a fun-filled experience for the whole family.
Founder of the event, Andy Kybett, stated, “WynterCon’s motto when it first launched in 2013 was ‘It doesn’t matter what world you come from, you’re welcome in ours’, and this message is still just as relevant, if not more so, today. We are grateful to East Sussex College for the opportunity to promote inclusivity on a larger scale, and our team promises to put on an event that will not only do justice to this magnificent venue, but also raise much-needed funds for a very deserving charity.”

Due to the location of the new venue and the high level of interest from the college’s students, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
