Experience Luxury Treatment at the Chilterns Neuro Centre

On Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, the Chilterns Neuro Centre, formerly known as the Chilterns MS Centre, announced the results of their latest survey. The Centre, which provides a wide range of treatments and services to people affected by MS, Parkinson’s, and strokes, has maintained its high standard of care, with 98% of respondents stating they would recommend the Centre to others with neurological conditions or their carers.

The survey, conducted in the past year, showed that the services provided by the Centre are highly valued and cannot be found elsewhere, according to 94% of respondents. The Centre offers physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and therapeutic leisure groups to help individuals manage their condition and live life to the fullest.

Furthermore, the survey revealed that the Centre has made a significant impact on its members’ lives. 96% of respondents stated that the Centre helped them manage their symptoms, and 91% and 90% reported improvements in their physical and mental health, respectively.

Richard Parkin, Chief Executive of the Centre, expressed his pride in the team’s hard work and dedication. Despite facing challenges such as welcoming more members, supporting a diverse range of conditions, and securing funding, the Centre has continued to provide exceptional care and support.

The survey also included positive comments from members, such as one who stated, “Everyone at the Centre is always so friendly and welcoming. All the staff, volunteers, and members make visiting the Centre a very good experience.” Another member shared, “Thanks to the Centre, I am able to be part of a community and access five-star treatment with amazing understanding staff.”

Individuals with MS, Parkinson’s, or those who have experienced a stroke are encouraged to contact the Chilterns Neuro Centre at 01296 696133 to benefit from their services.
