AS Equity Partners, a London and Zurich-based investment firm, has announced a definitive agreement to enter into a strategic partnership with Servinform, a technology and business services provider based in Madrid, Spain.
The partnership will see AS Equity Partners support Servinform in expanding into new markets, enhancing client offerings, driving technological innovation, and pursuing strategic acquisitions. Servinform, a second-generation, family-owned business, will continue to be led by CEO Nacho Rufo Rodriguez and the founding family will retain a stake in the company.
With over 47 years of experience, Servinform has established itself as a leader in technology and business solutions in Spain. The company offers tailored solutions utilizing advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to help organizations streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2025.
