Emoov, the online estate agency, has earned the Silver award in the ‘Best Online Estate Agent in the UK’ category at the 2024 ESTAS Customer Service Awards. The winners were celebrated at a ceremony in London, attended by over 1,000 top property professionals from across the UK.
Emoov’s story has been one of evolution. Initially established as a high street agency named Griffin Residential in the early 2000s, the company began transitioning online after Director Nick Neale identified an opportunity to continue Griffin’s outstanding service at a reduced cost.
Navigating the online estate agency market posed challenges, especially with larger companies backed by venture capital leading the way. Instead of focusing solely on gaining market share or disrupting the industry, Nick directed his efforts towards building an intuitive and efficient website, which eventually led to the rebranding as Griffin Property Co.
While others in the industry either pursued aggressive growth or struggled to remain operational, Griffin concentrated on enhancing its website and customer service, consistently exceeding expectations for a small, independent agency.
After assembling a team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and sharing a future-focused vision, Griffin refined its offering, saving clients significant fees. In August 2024, this journey culminated in a rebrand to Emoov, building on extensive experience.
Emoov continues to offer a cost-effective alternative to high street agents, providing clients with all the tools necessary to sell or let their property. Heading into 2025, Emoov aims to further enhance its service and explore opportunities in the commercial sector, reaffirming its commitment to innovation within the online estate agency space.
