The change in leadership comes as the company looks to reinforce its position as an innovation leader in global competition.
Burits joined the company in June 2020 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and has made significant contributions to financial stability and international growth. With his strategic foresight and in-depth knowledge of the company structure, he is well-suited to lead the company towards its next phase of growth. In his new role, Burits will work closely with co-leader Paul Massey, who will also continue as CEO of ELATEC Inc. and take on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the ELATEC Group.
