This innovative leadership programme is tailored to help young adults build resilience and purpose as they navigate the challenges of life transitions.
ECHELON is designed to empower students as they step into or out of higher education. By blending elite coaching practices with immersive experiences, the programme offers participants the tools they need to develop emotional intelligence, confidence, and purpose-driven leadership.
For the first time, young people at the beginning of their academic or professional paths will have access to transformative coaching previously exclusive to global leaders. The programme’s focus on self-awareness, adaptability, and resilience ensures participants are prepared to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.

Set to launch in July 2025, ECHELON is a bespoke, three-phase experience designed to align with each participant’s unique strengths and goals. The journey begins with an intimate retreat aimed at helping students overcome personal challenges, develop resilience, and lay the groundwork for future growth. Participants then undergo five days of demanding physical and mental challenges in the UK countryside, designed to test their leadership and teamwork skills under pressure. The programme concludes with a reflective coastal retreat, during which participants create tailored action plans for long-term success.
