Delio and ClearList join forces to offer secondary investment infrastructure for alternative investments

ClearList, a pioneering US-based firm, has recently joined forces with Delio, a leading enterprise-grade technology provider, to offer distributors an all-encompassing toolkit for accessing private market transactions. This partnership will enable distributors to offer their clients a seamless and secure experience in the private market space.

Through ClearList’s innovative infrastructure, distributors can now white label their services, combining ClearList’s end-to-end issuance environment and product suite with Delio’s advanced technology and investment solutions. This collaboration has enabled the distribution of exclusive opportunities, while also providing broader access to liquidity for advisors and investors through market connectivity and capital availability. This is a significant step towards ClearList’s goal of providing RIAs, wealth managers, and private banks around the world with the necessary resources for an integrated, own-branded client proposition.

The partnership between ClearList and Delio has resulted in the launch of the ‘master platform’, powered by Delio’s successful Hub and Spoke connectivity model. With the secondary market expected to experience a surge in deal volumes, advisors are eagerly looking to offer their clients differentiated access. This collaboration allows digital technology, investment vehicles, and origination capabilities to work seamlessly within one centralised digital operating system.

The first phase of the project will utilise the platform’s end-to-end capabilities, including compliant client onboarding, fully digitised subscription processes, custom transaction workflows, and automated portfolio reporting. Both firms are also working together to build interconnected channels and onboard sub-white-label platforms through this model, streamlining secondary product distribution into ClearList’s trusted partners. This will also enhance the efficiency of their operational processes for sharing products within their network.

This partnership will provide a secure and streamlined experience for partners, along with broader support in areas such as digital client experience implementation, investment structuring, and liquidity solutions.

Gareth Lewis and Gareth Morgan, Co-Chief Executives at Delio, expressed their excitement about powering ClearList’s infrastructure and working with partners who are determined to unlock differentiated private market propositions. They added that Delio’s focus on moulding technology and proposition around the needs of their clients has led to this exciting collaboration.

Patrick Murphy, Chief Executive Officer at ClearList, also shared his enthusiasm for this partnership, stating that it will help ClearList provide their clients with the best private market experience possible. He also mentioned that ClearList aims to use Delio’s hub and spoke connectivity as a key component to place them at the forefront of the digital movement in the investing world. This will help meet the digital operational requests of advisors and provide an end-to-end investment workflow online through ClearList’s Delio Core-powered platform.
