“UK-based SocialBox.Biz Celebrates 10 Years of Impact During Refugee Week 2024”
London, UK – As Refugee Week 2024 (17-23 June) approaches, SocialBox.Biz is proud to celebrate a decade of making a positive impact in the UK community. The community interest company, founded by a former child refugee, focuses on using reused and donated IT equipment to provide underprivileged individuals with valuable IT skills. With the aim of reaching more organizations willing to donate their unwanted equipment, SocialBox.Biz is expanding its efforts to support elderly pensioners, homeless individuals transitioning into permanent housing, and refugees integrating into British society.
In line with World Environment Day on June 5th, which promotes environmental action and awareness, SocialBox.Biz and its partners recently celebrated with a significant collection of reusable technology from the offices of MadiganGill, a central London construction company.
“SocialBox.Biz is dedicated to improving the local community through innovative technology solutions,” said Peter Paduh, founder of SocialBox.Biz. “We are proud to have made a positive impact for the last ten years and look forward to continuing our mission with the support of our partners and the #EarthDay2024 movement.”
