Causeway Securities Ltd, a leading firm in structured products investment, has appointed Jon Little as its new Board Chair. With a distinguished background in asset management and financial services, Jon is set to play a crucial role in driving the firm’s continued growth and expansion.
Jon brings extensive experience in global executive leadership and board-level positions across both public and private asset management firms. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alderwood Partners and has served as an adviser to asset managers and Northill Capital, where he and his team grew the business to $91 billion in assets under management before he exited in 2020. Previously, he held key leadership roles at BNY Mellon, including Vice Chairman and CEO of its international asset management division, as well as Chair of The Dreyfus Corporation. Currently, he serves as Chair of Local Pensions Partnership Investment (LPPI), a £27 billion ($33 billion) public pension fund manager, and has held independent non-executive directorships at Oxford Brookes University Endowment, Quilter plc, and Jupiter Fund Management. His extensive knowledge and industry experience will be invaluable in reinforcing Causeway Securities’ market position in structured product distribution.
