In a noteworthy move to dominate the market, Book Technologies Inc. has acquired Bradford Taxi Group Limited and Sheffield Taxi Group Limited. Founder Cash Haleem has stated that these entities will continue as divisions within Taxi Group Ltd., albeit under the ownership of Book Technologies Inc.
This merger, led by Cash Haleem, CEO and Founder of Taxi Group Ltd., was initiated in October 2023. The goal is to leverage Book Technologies Inc.’s support for Taxi Group Ltd.’s expansion both nationally and internationally.

Taxi Group Ltd. is actively pursuing expansion into various countries, including Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Turkey, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Africa, Singapore, and the Netherlands. These plans are to be synchronized with a recruitment drive in Britain and other international locations, expected to commence in 2024.
