Deal is the fourth announced this year
Unified Comms, Contact Centre and Cyber Solutions provider, Babble, has announced the acquisition of Sesui.
Specialising in fully managed CCaaS solutions, Sesui brings 50 new customers, with sector focus in healthcare and travel, to Babble’s expanding customer portfolio.
The deal continues Babble’s aggressive buy and build strategy, complemented by continuous strong organic growth. The acquisitive business has now completed eight deals since the start of 2020, with this deal marking the fourth which has been undertaken since the well-publicised backing from lead investor Graphite Capital late last year.
As well as enhancing its CCaaS offering, the acquisition builds on Babble’s presence in the travel & healthcare sectors, specifically the NHS where Sesui provide critical CCaaS solutions to a range of NHS Primary & Urgent healthcare providers.
Matt Parker, Chief Executive of Babble, said: “The latest acquisition of Sesui provides Babble with a fantastic opportunity to broaden our customer base, especially in the healthcare sector. The whole team is excited to support the growth of these new customers through the deployment of the right technology, equipping businesses for the new world of work and providing specialist solutions that are pertinent to the NHS.
“Our buy and build strategy has continued at pace in 2021. We have more acquisitions in the pipeline, as we seek high quality, innovative businesses that have the potential for further growth.”
Oli White, Head of Commercial at Sesui, said: “The acquisition is an exciting milestone for both businesses, with the role of cloud technology now so critical to our clients’ needs. We look forward to our future as part of what is one of the UK’s leading cloud tech companies, and know this will enhance our offering as we continue to provide vital service to our customers.”
Babble has bases in London, Burton and Newcastle with staff located across the UK, supporting over 3,000 organisations locally across a broad range of sectors – including financial, health and education, travel and accommodation, and public services – by sourcing, deploying & supporting locally the very best cloud solutions to deliver increased efficiency, customer engagement and profitability, whilst protecting customers’ businesses.
