Salford-based firm alldayPA has £100 million turnover in sight

Last Updated on: 22nd November 2023, 11:59 am

Salford-based alldayPA, which specialises in providing outsourced contract centre services for the SME industry has appointed Philomena Scully which comes as part of its ambitious plans to increase the turnover of the Isher Capital portfolio of contact centre businesses to £100 million, as it looks to establish its position as the UK’s largest independent contact centre group.

Philomena Scully joins the business as the head of service delivery, with over 18 years’ experience within the call centre industry. Her extensive background in telecommunications started within the mobile provider O2 Telefonica, she quickly became a team leader and rose to call centre manager by 2005. Philomena was then promoted to a senior management role within O2 Telefonica, before later moving to Capita in 2012, where she was responsible for over 300 call centre advisors and managing their service delivery.

Her new role at alldayPA and in the wider portfolio will see her play a pivotal part in helping the company to achieve its extensive growth targets by working with both new and existing clients. She will report directly to CEO Reuben Singh as he builds a new centralised senior management team across the entire portfolio of call centre businesses, which will see him handing over the daily operations for two of the portfolio’s companies to Philomena.

alldayPA – backed by venture capitalist, Isher Capital, of which Reuben Singh is also the CEO – is currently seeking acquisitions, having assembled a substantial fund of around £20m to buy regional contact centres or related businesses. The business aims to drive managerial and back office efficiencies using its tried and tested operating strategy.

It is now in the process of making a series of new appointments to ensure that the portfolio reaches its significant £100m turnover goal. These new positions will form a new senior management team sitting under Singh, that will work across the whole portfolio.

Commenting on the hire Singh said: “We’re on track for really exciting times ahead, as we strive to deliver the high-quality service our clients require, whilst growing the business and giving all our employees the opportunities they deserve to progress in their careers.

“Philomena’s appointment comes at a crucial time when we have some really ambitious, yet achievable, plans in place. There is a lot of work needed to reach our targets, she has a proven track record within the industry – I’m sure she will be a strong asset for guidance and mentorship and I’m certainly looking forward to her input regarding professional management. This is just the first of many new senior hires that we’re planning to bring on board, as we continue to grow our family business nationwide, to reach our goal of £100m turnover and beyond.”
