Access BDD Expands Its Reach in the US and Canadian Markets with Key Team Enhancements

Access BDD, a frontrunner in the field of mobility and accessibility solutions, has announced a pivotal expansion in its operations within the US and Canadian stairlift market through the addition of four seasoned professionals to its team. This development is a testament to the company’s dedication to growth and its intention to bolster its presence across North America.

Elevating Regional Growth with New Expertise

The team at Access BDD is pleased to welcome Kaylee Buscher in the role of Business Development Manager for the Northeast region. Kaylee brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing from the mobility sector, particularly within the dealer market, which is expected to greatly enhance Access BDD’s customer relations and market reach.

John Biddle has been appointed as Business Development Manager for the Southeast region, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge and sales acumen, especially in the realm of direct-to-consumer stairlift sales, making him a vital addition to the Access BDD ensemble.

The company is also delighted to welcome back Callum Boyd as Business Development Manager for the West Coast. Having previously worked with Access BDD in France and bringing recent experience from the high-rise elevator industry, Callum’s unique insights are set to propel the company’s growth on the West Coast.

Moreover, Juan Rivera has joined as Technical Manager for the West Coast, with his profound technical expertise in the direct sales stairlift market promising to enhance Access BDD’s dedication to superior product support and customer service.

Ambitious Expansion for Strategic Growth

This augmentation of the US-based team, now numbering six, mirrors Access BDD’s ambitious plans for growth. The objective is to widen its footprint, bolster support for current customers, and foster partnerships with leading industry figures who align with the company’s ambitions and values. The incorporation of three sales professionals and an additional technical expert marks a significant stride towards fulfilling these goals.

This meeting was centered around product training, team cohesion, and strategic planning for the forthcoming year, ensuring the team is well-prepared to support dealers and introduce the Flow X and HomeGlide stairlifts into new markets.
