In Asia, the Beijing Runze Mansion by Interscape Design Associates stands out for its incorporation of traditional Chinese design elements with modern sustainability and wellness trends. The result is a harmonious blend of opulence and eco-friendliness.
Villa St Tropez, designed by Landau + Kindelbacher, is a stunning example of Mediterranean sophistication in Europe. With its expansive outdoor spaces and minimalist interior design, the villa beautifully incorporates its natural surroundings.
The Rest of the World winner, Palladio by Daniel Joseph Chenin, is a timeless masterpiece inspired by Palladian architecture. The project seamlessly combines classical refinement with modern amenities, setting the benchmark for ultra-luxury design on a global scale.
The global category winners will be selected through a combination of judges’ scores and a public vote. The announcement will be made at the prestigious SBID Awards Ceremony on 1 November 2024. Tickets for the ceremony can be purchased here.
